Bathroom tile cleaning is not an easy housekeeping task. And you definitely don't want to spend hours and hours finding the best way to clean floor tiles in the bathroom or scrubbing and scrubbing to add a dazzling shine to your bathroom tiles.

How to Clean Floor Tiles in the Bathroom

In your bathroom and on the floor, all sorts of items are monitored. Dirt and bacteria collect rapidly, and hairspray will literally seal it on the floor if you're getting ready in the bathroom.

The more you think about how disgusting a bathroom floor can be, the more you want to scrub it up. How do you sanitize your floor, make it hairspray-free, and look your best? Let us take a look at the right steps: how to clean the tile floor in the bathroom.

  1. Clear the floor of all obstacles and the trash can, such as bathmats or rugs. Then, by sweeping or vacuuming, get rid of dirt and dust. This is also a perfect time to put your bathroom rug in the wash! Make sure the vacuum is in an environment appropriate for hard flooring if you intend to vacuum your floors.

  2. A mop is the safest way to clean a tile floor, but you might want to use a rag instead if you have a limited space and / or very tight corners to clean.

  3. Fill a bucket and a decent floor cleaner with warm water. Some of the very best available are here. Or if you do not want to use harsh chemicals, you can try this solution as well, using a gallon of hot water and a cup of vinegar.

  4. Wet a mop and wring much of the water out into the cleaning solution. A bigger mess will leave you with too much liquid, and even ruin some kinds of flooring.

  5. Starting at the far end of the bathroom, mop the floor and work your way towards the entrance. As you go, you might need to dunk and wring the mop out a couple more times.

  6. You may use a special antifungal grout cleaner or bleach-based cleaner for cleaning your grout if it needs more cleaning, check it first in a tiny place. With a small brush or toothbrush, apply the cleaner, let it sit for at least 10 minutes, and scrub. Do not forget that on marble floors, bleach-based sprays and solutions should never be used.

Every day, clean your bathroom a bit

This does not suggest doing a thorough deep cleaning of the bathroom every day. Instead, it indicates doing small like as spot-cleaning the floor or mirror or tile and wiping off the cabinets, tile backsplash, that will spice up the freshness of your bathroom every day. You'll want to do the following bathroom cleaning tips regularly, though. But, if you do this every week, you'll find that it's becoming easier and more effective.

Vacuum the bathroom tile

Sweeping and mopping is all very well, but often the strong vacuum clean suction is what is required to remove hair and dirt from the tile of the bathroom, whether on the floor or wall.

Work Top to Bottom

If your bathroom has a tile covering it like a shower, like a backsplash, and you want to clean it on the floor from the top down. Spray all over the antibacterial cleaner, then from the top down do the scrubbing. As you don't have cleaner and grime running down or falling into your already-cleaned areas, this improves the efficacy of your cleaning session.

Spread Cleaner Evenly

Spread the tile cleaner (both DIY natural tile or grout cleaner) uniformly over the tile and grout while you focus on cleaning tiles. With a sponge or soft cloth, you can most easily do this.

Exfoliate the surfaces

It's time to scrub it clean after your bathroom cleaner has settled for at least five minutes. The hardness of tile surfaces varies, but the grout appears to be more absorbent, use a non-abrasive scrubbing pad, like a softer scrub brush.

Rinse all cleaning materials

By leaving chemicals on the surfaces of your bathroom tiles, you don't want all of your hard cleaning work to be undone, so be sure to thoroughly rinse them after cleaning.
